📋 Terms of Service

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• •"Platform" refers to the AutogramStudio website, dashboards, tools, APIs, Telegram bots, mini apps, and all associated services.
• •"User" means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• •"Content" refers to all text, images, code, data, bots, mini apps, listings, bio pages, and other materials created, uploaded, or transmitted through the Platform.
• •"Wallet" refers to the internal digital wallet system used for managing funds, earnings, and transactions within the Platform.
• •"Escrow" refers to the secure payment holding system used in marketplace transactions to protect both buyers and sellers.
• •"Premium Plan" means any paid subscription plan that provides enhanced features and higher usage limits.
• •"Mini App" refers to a Telegram WebApp created and managed through our Platform's mini app builder.
• •"Bot" refers to a Telegram bot created and configured through our Bot Builder tool.
• •"Forwarder" means the automated message forwarding system configured through our Auto-Forward tool.
• •"Listing" refers to a product, service, or digital asset listed for sale on the AI Marketplace.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, email address, and any other required details.
• •Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• •Not create more than one account per person without our prior written consent.
• •Not use another person's account without their explicit authorization.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any API tokens or bot tokens associated with your account. You agree to:

• •Create a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• •Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• •Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• •Keep your Telegram bot tokens secure and not share them with unauthorized third parties.

3.4 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, except where doing so would compromise our security measures or legal obligations.

AutogramStudio provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services designed for digital creators, businesses, and Telegram enthusiasts. Our Platform includes, but is not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or add new features and services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to our users through in-app notifications, email, or our official Telegram channel.

5.1 Bot Token Responsibility

When using the Bot Builder, you must provide your own Telegram bot token obtained from @BotFather. You are solely responsible for the security and use of your bot token. AutogramStudio is not liable for any unauthorized use of your bot token or any actions performed by your bot. You agree to comply with Telegram's Bot API Terms of Service at all times.

5.2 Mini App Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through your mini apps. However, you grant AutogramStudio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your mini app content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your mini app or your account.

5.3 Broadcast & Notification Limits

Broadcasting messages through bots and mini apps is subject to daily limits and Telegram's rate-limiting policies. We enforce fair usage policies to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability. Excessive broadcasting, spamming, or sending unsolicited messages through our tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Compliance with Telegram

All bots and mini apps created through our Platform must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service, Bot API policies, and community guidelines. We reserve the right to disable any bot or mini app that violates these policies or our Terms without prior notice.

6.1 Marketplace Role

AutogramStudio operates the AI Marketplace as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers of digital goods and services. We are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing or product sold on the Marketplace.

6.2 Seller Obligations

As a seller on the Marketplace, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, truthful, and complete descriptions of your listings.
• •Own or have the legal right to sell the items you list.
• •Deliver the product or service as described within the agreed timeframe.
• •Not list prohibited items including stolen accounts, illegal software, hacking tools, gambling services, adult content, or any content that violates applicable laws.
• •Respond to buyer communications and dispute resolutions in a timely manner.

6.3 Buyer Obligations

As a buyer on the Marketplace, you agree to:

• •Carefully review listing descriptions, images, and terms before making a purchase.
• •Make payments only through the Platform's payment system.
• •Confirm delivery within the specified timeframe after receiving the product.
• •Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without valid reason.

6.4 Escrow Protection

All marketplace transactions are protected by our built-in escrow system. When a buyer makes a purchase, the payment is held securely in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the product or the delivery period expires. The escrow system works as follows:

• 1.Buyer places an order and payment is captured and held in escrow.
• 2.Seller delivers the product or service as described in the listing.
• 3.Buyer reviews the delivery and confirms satisfaction, or raises a dispute.
• 4.Upon confirmation (or after the dispute resolution period), funds are released to the seller's wallet.

6.5 Marketplace Fees

AutogramStudio charges a platform commission on successful marketplace transactions. The commission rate is displayed at the time of listing creation and may vary based on the seller's plan level, listing category, and promotional offers. Sellers agree to these fees when listing their products.

6.6 Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, AutogramStudio will act as a mediator and make a final determination regarding the release of escrowed funds. Both parties agree to abide by our dispute resolution decision. We reserve the right to refund the buyer or release funds to the seller based on the evidence provided by both parties.

7.1 Channel Listing

Channel owners can list their premium Telegram channels on our Channel Store, set subscription prices, and manage subscriber access. By listing a channel, you represent that you are the owner or authorized administrator of the Telegram channel and have the right to control access to it.

7.2 Subscriber Terms

By subscribing to a channel through the Channel Store, you agree to pay the listed subscription price. Subscriptions may be recurring (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on the channel owner's settings. Access to the channel is granted via Telegram invite links and is subject to the channel owner's rules and policies.

7.3 Revenue & Payouts

Channel owners receive subscription revenue minus the platform's commission fee. Earnings are credited to the channel owner's AutogramStudio wallet and can be withdrawn according to our withdrawal policies. AutogramStudio reserves the right to withhold payouts if there is suspicion of fraud or Terms violations.

8.1 Bio Pages

Users can create personalized bio link pages through our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you include on your bio page, including links, text, images, and any embedded content. Your bio page must not contain illegal content, malware, phishing links, or content that violates the rights of third parties.

8.2 Paid Links

Users with Pro features can create paid links — content that requires payment to access. By creating paid links, you agree to deliver the promised content as described. Misrepresentation of paid content is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

8.3 Tips & Donations

Users can enable tipping on their bio pages. Tips are voluntary contributions from visitors and are non-refundable. AutogramStudio may charge a processing fee on tips received, which will be displayed transparently at the time of setup.

8.4 Lead Collection

Bio Link users can collect leads (email addresses, names, etc.) from visitors. By collecting leads, you agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws including GDPR, and to only use collected data for the purposes stated on your bio page. You must not sell or share collected personal data without consent.

The Auto-Forward service allows users to set up automated message forwarding between Telegram groups and channels. By using this service, you agree to:

• •Only forward messages from channels/groups where you have the necessary permissions and authorization.
• •Not use the Auto-Forward service to spam, distribute copyrighted material without permission, or engage in any form of harassment.
• •Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and community guidelines when using the forwarding service.
• •Accept that forwarding operations are subject to Telegram's API rate limits and may experience delays or interruptions.
• •Accept that AutogramStudio is not responsible for any content that is forwarded through the service.

AutogramStudio reserves the right to disable any forwarder configuration that violates these Terms, Telegram's policies, or applicable laws. Misuse of the auto-forward service for spamming or distributing harmful content will result in immediate account suspension.

10.1 Wallet System

AutogramStudio provides an internal wallet system for managing your funds on the Platform. Your wallet balance may include earnings from marketplace sales, channel subscriptions, paid links, tips, referral commissions, and manual deposits. The wallet is denominated in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and is not a bank account. Wallet balances do not earn interest.

10.2 Deposits & Payments

Users can add funds to their wallet through supported payment methods, which may include UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as made available. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. AutogramStudio does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

10.3 Withdrawals

Users can request withdrawals from their wallet balance, subject to the following conditions:

• •A minimum withdrawal amount applies (as displayed on the withdrawal page).
• •Withdrawals are processed to the bank account, UPI, or PayPal account provided by the user.
• •Processing times vary by method but typically take 3–7 business days.
• •AutogramStudio may withhold or delay withdrawals if there are suspicious activities, unresolved disputes, or pending investigations on your account.
• •We reserve the right to reverse any erroneous credits or payments made to your wallet.

10.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to the payments you receive through the Platform. AutogramStudio is not responsible for withholding, collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction, except where required by applicable law.

10.5 Currency

All prices, transactions, and wallet balances on the Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) unless otherwise stated. The Platform does not perform currency conversions. International users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment providers.

11.1 Plan Tiers

AutogramStudio offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans provide enhanced features, higher usage limits, priority support, and access to exclusive tools. The specific features, limits, and pricing for each plan are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

11.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on the plan you select. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize AutogramStudio to charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹/INR).

11.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After expiration, your account will revert to the free plan tier, and any features or data exceeding free plan limits may become inaccessible (but not deleted for a grace period of 30 days).

11.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before the new prices take effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

11.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for detailed information about when refunds may be granted.

AutogramStudio offers a referral program that allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new users to the Platform. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms:

• •You earn a percentage commission on qualifying purchases made by users referred through your unique referral link. The commission rate is displayed in your referral dashboard.
• •You must not use deceptive, misleading, or spammy methods to promote your referral link.
• •Self-referrals (referring yourself through multiple accounts) are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and potential account suspension.
• •Referral commissions are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn per our standard withdrawal policies.
• •AutogramStudio reserves the right to modify commission rates, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• ✕Sending spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk messages through any of our tools.
• ✕Creating, distributing, or hosting malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• ✕Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, bots, or data.
• ✕Using the Platform for any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or selling prohibited items.
• ✕Violating the intellectual property rights of third parties.
• ✕Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• ✕Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.
• ✕Using automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Platform without our written consent.
• ✕Manipulating reviews, ratings, or seller badges through fraudulent means.
• ✕Circumventing the escrow system or conducting off-platform transactions for marketplace purchases.
• ✕Listing or selling stolen accounts, credentials, or illegally obtained digital assets.
• ✕Engaging in price manipulation, fake bidding, or market manipulation on the Marketplace.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of wallet balances and earnings, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

14.1 Our Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, code, features, documentation, and all original content, is the exclusive intellectual property of AutogramStudio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

14.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish on the Platform, including bots, mini apps, marketplace listings, bio pages, and forwarded content. By using the Platform, you grant AutogramStudio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.

14.3 DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our Platform, please see our DMCA Policy for instructions on filing a notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• •AutogramStudio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• •Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• •We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of third parties, including other users, marketplace sellers and buyers, or Telegram itself.
• •We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• •We are not liable for any losses arising from Telegram API changes, restrictions, or downtime that may affect the functionality of bots, mini apps, or forwarders built through our Platform.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

16.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all Platform features and any content associated with your account. If you have a positive wallet balance, you must request a withdrawal before account deletion. Any unrequested balance may be forfeited after a grace period of 60 days.

16.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

• •You violate any provision of these Terms.
• •You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• •Your account poses a security risk to the Platform or other users.
• •We are required to do so by law or a valid legal order.
• •We discontinue the Platform or any part of the Service.

16.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

17.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.

17.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutogramStudio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We will notify users of changes through one or more of the following methods: email notification, in-app notification, banner on the website, or announcement on our official Telegram channel (@autogramstudio).

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if desired, terminate your account.
